About the Publisher
Michael Hunter is an investor, author, and educator with more than twenty years in options and business markets. He began trading in the 1990s, studied radiology in the 2000s, and has dedicated his career to understanding how different fields interact — operating businesses and investing in markets technically, psychologically, and structurally.
As the founder and publisher of Renaissance Man Press, Michael created an independent imprint devoted to research-driven nonfiction. His editorial approach is rigorously empirical: sources are transparent, methods are documented, and interpretation is clearly labeled. His work is grounded in years of practice in medical imaging, academic instruction, and operational leadership, shaping a disciplined, data-informed process from concept to release.
His nonfiction books provide practical tools for clear thinking, wise risk management, and sustainable wealth — covering options strategy, portfolio construction, retirement planning, and the 80/20 principle in finance.
As a part-time professor and lifelong learner, he believes financial education should foster independence and intentional living. Retirement is not an end, but a purposeful new chapter.
